What is Neartime Pulse?

Structured site data, captured where work happens

Neartime Pulse is a web-based construction site tracking platform built around three principles: data captured at the point of work, structured outputs that support commercial processes, and clear role-based access for operators, supervisors and project managers.

Each trade discipline has its own dedicated module — Earthworks tracks load movements and volumes, Steelfixing tracks progress against a Bar Bending Schedule in kg and tonnes, Concrete tracks pours by truck and mix design, and Formwork tracks erect and strike activity against design areas. A flexible Workstream module handles everything else.

Operators record activity on a mobile phone during the shift. Supervisors review and approve or flag records through a timestamped audit workflow. Managers and commercial teams see live dashboards and can export data for payment applications, BoQ reconciliation and KPI reporting — without chasing anyone for a spreadsheet.

These are contemporaneous, supervisor-signed records. That has operational value, and it has contractual value too.

Data structured around BoQ items, m² formwork, kg steelfixing and mix-design concrete. Supports payment applications and KPI reporting without manual reformatting.

Custom workstream wizard

A configurable module builder is in development — allowing project teams to create new KPI tracking modules without developer involvement, turning Pulse into a fully flexible platform.
